Leadership Transition in Marketing

After nearly four decades of dedication and leadership, our co-founder Lene is stepping back from her operational role at CompuSoft.

Lene Margrete Holst Traberg-Larsen founded CompuSoft, together with Thomas, and has been instrumental in building the company into what it is today. Through her leadership across both Sales and Marketing, she has played a defining role in shaping our commercial direction and establishing our position in the market.

While stepping back from day-to-day operations, Lene will continue to support CompuSoft as an active owner and board member. As we enter this next chapter, we are pleased to announce that Christian Ottesen will take on the role of CMO.

Christian Blæsbjerg Ottesen brings valuable experience and a strong track record within Unicontrol, Trioworld and KOMPAN. In his new role, he will focus on further strengthening our marketing strategy, supporting our growth ambitions, and continuing to build a clear and consistent market presence.

We want to thank Lene for her extraordinary contribution and lasting impact on CompuSoft, and we look forward to this next phase under Christian Ottesen’s leadership.
