At the heart of the setup is the CompuTicket ticketing system, which manages access to both the water park and play area via dedicated turnstiles. Access control is handled by CompuMat software and reader units, which operate using chip wristbands issued to guests upon arrival.

 

These chip wristbands serve as both entry credentials and digital locker keys for the resort’s 535 lockers in the changing areas, eliminating the need for paper tickets or physical keys. Guests can freely enjoy the facilities while securely storing personal belongings with a simple tap.

 

The solution also includes access control for the fitness center and wellness area, each supported by individual locker systems designed for comfort and security. All systems are linked via CompuSuite, a central administration platform that gives staff full oversight of guest access, locker usage, and system status in real-time.
